Maintenance– We will respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours of being notified so our team of preferred professional technicians can get to work on your most valuable assets as quickly as possible.
Placement– We will place a tenant in your property within 30 days of marketing or discount our fee by 25%. If a tenant breaks their lease agreement within the first 90 days of the contract, we will waive the next leasing fee.
Cancel Anytime- If at any point you aren’t happy with our service and want to cancel, we will make it easy for you. Just give us a 30 day notice and we will hand management back to you. We want you to do business with us because you believe we are helping you make money on your investment, not because you are stuck in a contract.
